Anti-Social Forces Policy

Oden, LLC ("we", "us", "our") establishes the following policy with respect to anti-social forces (including organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, quasi-members of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, social movement racketeers, special intelligence violent groups, and any other parties equivalent thereto).

1. Basic Policy

We completely sever any relationship with anti-social forces and will not engage in any of the following:

• Providing benefits to anti-social forces
• Using anti-social forces to commit illegal acts
• Entering into transactions or contracts with anti-social forces
• Complying with unreasonable demands from anti-social forces
• Providing funds to anti-social forces

2. Response to Unreasonable Demands

If we receive unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, we will respond with firm resolve and, where necessary, coordinate with external bodies such as the police and legal counsel to take legal action. Under no circumstances will we comply with such demands.

3. Internal Framework

We maintain appropriate internal governance structures to enforce this policy. If we discover any relationship with anti-social forces, we will immediately cease providing services and take necessary legal action.
